Public Education: (The Curriculum Principal)

Public education is a fundamental concern and interest of IRIS.    Performance in the classroom is no different than the performance demanded from a business.  Efforts in the public sector will be directed at promoting and developing the Curriculum Principal (the teacher's teacher) concept by understanding and following a curriculum titled FKtoC (From Kindergarten to Calculus). 

Technology for Learning: (The Learning Principal)

You can't handle tomorrow's job with yesterday's skill.  Key to learning will be the understanding and deployment of technology as a learning tool to take personal vision and thought to concrete reality.  Whether it's portfolio building for financial securities, or an academic learning portfolio for students - technology is key!

Business Service: (The Investment Principal)

The development of personal portfolios for individuals.  Performance will be a function of the individual's knowledge and understanding of the portfolio building process.  The business side of IRIS was built from 20 years experience as a financial analyst and option trader as well as 10 years experience teaching high school mathematics.  The relationship between IRIS and the client will follow a curriculum concept titled FCtoD (From Cash to Derivatives).

A Self-Developing Model: (My World)

 Any process for personal creativity and growth must follow a dynamic system, an ever-changing framework that will relate the inner (personal) world to the outside world.
